By accessing or using FreeFast Converter, which is the online file conversion service operated by FreeFast Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

In these Terms, FreeFast Converter is referred to as the Service, and FreeFast Private Limited is referred to as the Company, we, our, or us. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FreeFast Private Limited, a company registered in India. Our services are provided from India and are subject to Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be barred from using the Service under applicable law
• If using on behalf of an organization, have authority to bind that organization to these Terms

FreeFast Converter provides online file conversion services including:

• Image Conversion: Convert between PNG, JPG, WEBP, HEIC, GIF, and 50+ formats
• Document Conversion: Convert between PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, and other formats
• Video Conversion: Convert between MP4, WEBM, MOV, AVI, and other formats
• Audio Conversion: Convert between MP3, WAV, AAC, OGG, and other formats
• File Compression: Reduce file sizes while maintaining quality

The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

4.1 Account Creation

Some features require account registration. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods. You may also delete your account at any time through account settings.

You retain all rights to files you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service. This license ends when your files are deleted from our servers.

6.3 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the alleged infringement.

7.1 Free Services

Basic file conversion is free with usage limits. Free users are subject to file size limits, conversion quotas, and may see advertisements.

7.2 Paid Services

Premium features are available through subscription plans or credit purchases. All prices are displayed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes.

7.3 Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Unused credits may be eligible for refund
• Subscription refunds are prorated based on unused time
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of converted files
• We are not responsible for data loss during conversion
• We recommend keeping backups of your original files
• Third-party services integrated with our platform have their own terms

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• FreeFast Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater
• We are not liable for any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• We are not liable for any third-party conduct or content

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FreeFast Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your uploaded content
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity by you

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

1. Negotiation: Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, non-binding mediation
3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India

The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India. Language of proceedings shall be English.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control
