1. Our Refund Commitment

At FreeFast Converter, operated by FreeFast Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our paid services.

We believe in transparent and fair refund practices. If you are not satisfied with our premium services, we are here to help resolve your concerns.

2. Free vs. Paid Services

Free Services

Our basic file conversion services are completely free. No payment is required, and therefore no refunds apply to free services.

This refund policy applies only to paid services, which include:

  • Premium Subscriptions: Monthly or annual subscription plans
  • Credit Packages: One-time credit purchases for conversions
  • Enterprise Plans: Custom business solutions

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 7-Day Money-Back

  • If you request a refund within 7 days of payment and have used less than 10% of that plan's credits, your request is fast-tracked — our team approves it promptly.
  • Once approved, the full amount is returned to your original payment method, and the credits/plan from that purchase are removed from your account.
  • Requests outside this window, or after heavier usage, are reviewed case-by-case (see 3.3).

3.2 Credit Package Refunds

  • Full refund available if less than 10% of credits have been used
  • Partial refund based on unused credits if between 10-50% used
  • No refund if more than 50% of credits have been used

3.3 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may also be granted in the following situations:

  • Extended service outages (more than 48 consecutive hours)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using paid features
  • Fraudulent transactions (reported within 24 hours)

4. How to Request a Refund

The fastest way is self-service from your dashboard:

Open your Subscription page

Go to Dashboard → Subscription and click Request a refund under Payment Method.

Your request goes to our team. Requests within the 7-day money-back window are fast-tracked; others are reviewed case-by-case.

Review (if needed)

For reviewed requests, our team responds within 2-3 business days. You can also email [email protected] with your transaction ID.

Receive Refund

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days (varies by bank/provider).

5. Refund Process and Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Wallet: 1-2 business days
  • International Cards: 7-14 business days

Refunds are processed through our payment partners (Razorpay/Stripe) and are credited back to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Please note:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to premium features until the period ends
  • No automatic refund is provided for cancellation (see eligibility above)
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

7. Currency and Fees

All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (₹). Please note:

  • Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase
  • Exchange rate differences may apply for international transactions
  • Payment gateway fees (if any) may not be refundable
  • Your bank may charge additional fees for international refunds

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank. Our support team can often resolve issues faster than the chargeback process.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
